A message from the Mayor...

Beloved residents of Fart Town,

Truly, what an honor it is to serve as the mayor of such a wonderful city. I am thrilled that the reception to my suggestion that every single person on the planet should be given their own personal nuclear bomb has been so positive. Latest polls show this idea has a 100% approval rating within Fart Town.

But with as bold of a vision as "One Person, One Nuclear Bomb" is, it's evident that our city cannot fulfill it alone. Fortunately, as you all know, my position as mayor is largely a ceremonial one, so I have had time to begin taking steps towards a brighter, nuclear future.

As the City Council has decided not to allocate funds to a nuclear weapons research program for Fart Town, I have taken responsibility upon myself, not as your mayor, but as your friend, to begin an initiative to raise funds for my own personal nuclear weapons research.

It is my promise to you that once I have my own nuclear bomb, I will not rest until every person on the planet also has their own nuclear bomb.
